Topic: “Thrive for Life” – Join us for this workshop which will provide you with resources that you can use today to prevent falls for yourself, and/or your loved ones. Learn about what an occupational therapist is, the pillars of fall prevention, and some balance testing resources. Catia will also show you the (HALE) for Kupuna booklet, which has a checklist of basic home modifications that can be done today.
