Project Dana: Caring for the Caregiver Program

May 11, 2024

Topic: “Preventative Care for Our Feet” - The goal of the session is for caregivers to learn about what they can do to care for their loved ones’ feet and prevent common foot problems. Dr. West will cover common foot problems and how a disease like Diabetes can affect foot health. Along with preventative care, Dr. West will also talk about treatments used to address problems including wound care. Podiatrists are the specialists to connect with if your loved one is having foot problems. The presentation is an opportunity to meet a Podiatrist and learn how to get referred for a consultation.

Speaker: Dr. Holly West, Podiatrist
